Matt Vahey
Matt Vahey is a native of Chester County, PA. Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), 200-hour yoga teacher through OM Yoga, and a Titleist Performance Golf specialist. Matt is also certified and active with the exercise philosophy known as the functional movement screen (FMS). After helping build a fitness company for the past 16 years, Matt is excited to shift his same focus and professional efforts towards building VIDA Performance, LLC. Matt is a master coach at VIDA Performance as well the founder. He works closely with corporate CEO’s, Presidents and HR directors in consulting and implementing health and wellness programs.
Michelle Vahey
Michelle is known for accommodating every fitness level and helping people feel successful with whatever they are doing. As your fitness coach, Michelle will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help you achieve all your fitness goals.
Michelle was born and raised in Guatemala. Her passion for music and dance began at the age of three with gymnastics. She has a degree in culinary arts and nutrition from Johnson and Whales University. Her education helps her educate and share her passion for incorporating easy and healthy meals into your lifestyle.
Michelle believes that a combination of a clean diet and exercise is key for a healthier lifestyle. Michelle is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, she is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, AFFA aqua fitness teacher and Total Resistance exercise (TRX) certified trainer.

Danielle Hopko
Danielle was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. She is a certified TRX Instructor and a competitive endurance athlete, specializing in swimming, running and biking. Danielle's passion for athletics began at an early age (she has been swimming competitively, since the age of 5). She has played a number of sports throughout her youth (volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, softball, and soccer, to name a few) before discovering her passion for running and biking. She is an active triathlete and has competed in numerous races, ranging from 5K's to Marathons (recently qualifying for the Boston Marathon), and triathlon distances, including 3 half IRONMAN's and 1 full IRONMAN. Her love for adventure and pushing her physical and mental limits, energize her to inspire those around her to reach their fitness and personal goals.

Kerry Lundmark
Kerry Lundmark was a four time award-winning scholar athlete from Penn State University, as a gymnast. She graduated with distinction majoring in Nutrition with a minor in Exercise and Sports Science. Kerry received her Masters in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and taught Middle and Elementary school students for four years before starting a family. She comes to us as a certified, experienced instructor in Pilates, Yoga, and Balanced Athlete. Kerry and her husband, Steve reside in Downingtown with their four children.

Amanda Pupillo
Amanda graduated from the University of Delaware in 2006, with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Athletic Training. She is an ACE certified personal trainer and has been a board certified athletic trainer for the past 10 years working with a Division II University. Amanda is an avid runner and triathlete with an extensive racing history. She has completed numerous races of all distances, including 5 full IRONMAN's, 6 half IRONMAN's and the 2014 Boston Marathon. Her passion is helping others live a healthy lifestyle.
Heather Capano
Heather is a former competitive cheerleader turned endurance athlete with a love for all things health and wellness. She is a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200), Balance Athlete Coach (level 1) and a Health Sciences major at Wilmington University. With a true come as you are mentality as she believes it’s never too late to start working toward the life you’ve always dreamed of living. Being a competition enthusiast, Heather participates in several organized races every year including Delaware’s half marathons, Wilmington’s Turkey Day 10ks, the Broad Street and Bottle & Cork 10 milers and the Dewey Beach Sprint Triathlon. As an avid runner logging 150+ miles per month you can try to catch her on the trails for her daily morning runs, leading invigorating yoga classes or behind the chair with 16+ years as a Master Hair Stylist. With a zest for life and a passion for guiding people toward empowering themselves she lives by the mantra “movement as medicine”. Nature lover extraordinaire, Heather’s hobbies include hiking, surfing, spinning, cooking for her family and hanging with her two Havanese pups. This undying optimist reminds clients we work for progress not perfection by supporting them as their designated hype person.
Cassie Plumb
Cassie is Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Empowered Yoga. She also is a 500 hour RYT through Sadie Nardini. Over the past 15 years, Cassie has taken many workshops and continuing education classes with Rolf Gates, Shiva Rae, Seane Corn and David Nichtern to name a few. Cassie says, “Knowing that I am able to provide my students with the same "escape" from daily life is what I love and is the most rewarding part of teaching.”

Cassie is grateful to share her love for yoga and life with those around her. Her attitude on the mat is the same in her everyday life: show up, bring it, and drop the story, the resistance, and just move. Cassie’s classes are high energy and challenging, with emphasis on linking breath with movement while flowing to a fun soundtrack! Come ready to breath, sweat, and flow if you plan on taking one of her energetic classes!
